This is Fairystone Cottage. It sits proudly on approximately 6 beautiful acres. The cottage is shaded by
hundred year old trees. Most of the property is wonderful pasture with some being fenced for livestock. The home
was built in 1947. It boasts hardwood floors, a brick fireplace and hearth with a GORGEOUS mantel. There are 2
large bedrooms with very large closets, a bath with the original fixtures for authenticity. The kitchen is large and
bright with two windows for sunlight. There is a separate dining room with a wonderful old light fixture. The
living room is large with an entry hall leading to the front door. All of the doors are beautiful hardwood. There
is a glassed in porch with louvered windows for cat napping in the fall and spring. In addition, the home has central
air conditioning and an oil furnace for warmth in the winters. There is a laundry area with a brand new washer and dryer.
The roof is in great shape also!!

Fairystone Pond is stocked with catfish and trout. It also makes a great "drinking hole" for the livestock.
The sunsets are absolutely breathtaking when reflected in the pond. The sun sets directly west of the pond.
Occasionally, we see the infamous Fairystone Frog.

This is the side of the cottage next to the driveway. The cottage has storm windows and brick steps leading into
the laundryroom. There is a dead bolt lock on both the front and back doors. You can see the oil tank in this
picture along with a nice long concrete sidewalk which is great for rainy days. The back porch is covered with a metal
awning. The window in the picture over the steps is the second bedroom window. The back door has a glass
storm door. The smaller window is one of the two kitchen windows. There is a great view from this window.
There is a spotlight as well as a porch light for added security. Both are working.

This is the back of the cottage. You can see the wonderful old trees and the beautiful pastures!!

This is the back of Fairystone Cottage looking toward the road and the other beautiful farms in the area. You can
see the glassed in porch on the right side of the cottage.

This a view of the pole barn and tractor shed which was once a sawmill.

This is the orginal saw was used to cut the lumber that made many of the outbuildings on the farm.

There is a nice old barn on the property. It sits facing the pond. There is a wonderfull hilltop pasture
on the other side of the pond that goes all the way up to the trees and is fenced for cattle. Behind the trees is a
hundred acre hay farm.

This is also part of the property, but you can see the field to the left of the cottage. There is also a nice pasture
to the left of the pond which is also fenced for cattle.
